The location is pretty central. The free shuttle bus is a welcome perk. It's also great that the entrance is on a road which is one way adding to the feeling of safety with the security guards as the actual area is a hotspot for phone theft.

The food is absolutely terrible. From the breakfast to room service, absolutely terrible. I stayed a week in an exec suite and in the end was calling in ubereats. I also didn't like the fact guests were woken up at 6am to participate in a fire drill.

The hotel Deco, amenities and location . I enjoyed the shuttle services provided . Ease of access to the restaurant. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. I enjoyed the subtle vibe at the lobby, the chill spots.

Not that I didn’t like it but bedding can be improved .

Rooftop bar is very full and we weren’t allowed to access the bar due to a private event. Our first room shower didn’t work and second room bathroom soap dispenser was broken. Further to this parking is at additional charge per day.

I have returned and enjoyed it again. Good service. Great location.

The breakfast price seems a bit high, although the diversity incluong great natural food choices.

Excellent location, walking distance to Rosebank Gautrain station and Rosebank Mall. Comfortable, stylish, well-designed rooms. Lively rooftop bar.

It's a bit noisy until 10pm if one's room is on an upper floor. The check-in staff did not explain the lounge access that had been included in my booking.

The room was clean and beautiful. The bed and bedding was very very comfortable.

Property was clean and good location

More focused on entertaining locals rather than hotel guests. In the evening bar was full, with people crowding round our table and not enough people serving. Breakfast was focused on bottomless brunch guests. Swimming pool is there for Asthetics, not really somewhere to chill out. Could hear noise from rooftop bar at night, also people outside of the property early hours post bar closing.

the breakfast was very limited, the coffee really not good, I do not like that you cannot open a window in the rooms, room service takes forever you need to follow up and even then when it arrives its cold so really not good
