The apartment is very big and comfotrable

The kitchen does not have a any pans or any decent stuffs to cool,. They only have one pot and it was dirty. We had an issue with the elecetrcity and they called the neighbour that lives in front of this appartment and doesnt speak ANY english. Location is not the best. Wifi very slow

The property was great, it actually exceeded our expectations! Small kitchen, washing machine, bathtub and fridge made our stay more comfortable! The host was also very responsive and helpful when we wanted to extend our stay!

The only thing I can say is that the dryer mode was not working on the washing machine, but there is a laundry place close by where you can dry your clothes for a few cents so no big deal.

Great location, very close to subway station making it easy to visit other towns. Good amenities, stay had a washing machine and drying room. Very powerful shower. Comfy bed!

Property was a little bit dusty. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The equipment of the flat was quite good. For the rest, I think that the good price is the only plus of this concept.

Tokyo is the biggest city of the world. Of course you can't be close of everything. But here, you are close of...nothing! We were two (daughter and father) NOT sleeping in the same bed. The sofa wasn't foreseen of any blanket. Sent e-mail. NEVER HAD AN ANSWER!! I never received any blanket to sleep on the sofa. Incredible the inflexibility of this concept compare ti an hotel or a B&B!! My mother of 80 has a B&B and it will never happen NO LIFT!! Decoration of the wall doesn't exist (except the black traces of the other luggage..)
