I really appreciated the host availability to answer any questions we had, provide advice on local amenities, a very nice person!
The location is great, la Cinta is just around 25 mins walk and the rooms are just in the San Teodoro’s center, so it’s very easy to go around. The only drawback of the location is that it can be a bit noisy at night, but for me this was expected so I was not disappointed.

Excellent location in the centre of town, good communication, great restaurant downstairs.
We were in the front room which faced the street and the noise from the nightclubs went until 2am on Saturday night. A room at the back might be quieter.

Location was great
Considering the price of the stay, the breakfast was very minimal—just a brioche, coffee, and orange juice—which was disappointing. In addition, there was no hot water for the showers, and the water would shut off in the middle of a shower, making the overall experience quite frustrating.
