We love that there's a place that is pet-friendly so furry parents will not need to worry about where to stay when in Bacolod. Treats, a comfy bed, and food bowls for pets are available. A hot shower is available too. The location is easy to find and near the restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We'll be back for sure.

If they could have a thicker blanket or a duvet and coffee maker will be a great addition to the room which will make it perfect.

Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast food is nicely done. They have a heater. I just wished we room had more windows to allow more natural light. The staff is responsive and welcoming. Overall, my stay is superb. I recommend it to budget travelers.

It is near the Ceres bus terminal, very convenient. Tje staff was very nice and the Filipinos breakfast very good. It is a good value for money.

The air-cond could be a bit less noisy but it is not a big deal.

Very clean hotel. Rooms are nice with free Netflix on TV. This hotel is a very short walk away from the Ceres southbound terminal.

Breakfast was very disappointing, but OK for guests who like filipino breakfast.

I like how the room is clean and modern. Very comfortable and with a decent A.C. The room also has heated showers and sinks. Definitely a plus in the Philippines. The television is also preloaded with a Netflix account, so it's very convenient as I do not need a subscribed Netflix account to access the movies and series. The area was fine, not much around. The hotel has a café but doesn't really offer comfortable seating and room for a lot of guests. Although the area was a bit on the down side, the accessibility to apps like Grab allowed us to move freely.

The fact that the place is locked up during the night is a bit disappointing, this could be dangerous during fires or other dangers. Although we had said that we will be late during the night, we found ourselves feeling like we snuck into the place due to the fact that the security guard was already sleeping when we had arrived, only leaving the gate half-opened.

The property looks new. And very clean.

The AC was not that cold. And it wasn’t fixed during my stay.

Happy with everything - staff, service, breakfast, facilities and location. We also like that they allow your pet to stay with you in the room.
