Location was handy for the beach and the shops, bars and restaurants at Latchi.
Friendly host who responded quickly to any queries – the bag of fruit left on the door handle was a lovely bonus!
The rear patio area could have done with sun beds/recliners, rather than chairs.
The rear is open plan along the back of the terrace so was regularly visited by neighbours walking along.
That meant there was no privacy at the rear of the house.

The house was great - very clean, spacious, fully equiped, with gorgeous sea view. The host was indredibly helpfull, kind and friendly. We arrived in the middle of the night and were very surprised finding delicious products for breakfast for the next day. The location is fantastic - 2 minutes to the beach where you can find taverns, gelateria, playground and sunbeds with umbrella in very reasonable price. Walking the promenade along the seaside there is a lovely village Latchi with marina, restaurants and shops. At the beggining of June the place was very quiet and not crowded. We have spend one of the greatest holidays ever and would like to come back one day :)

Good location, close to the see and some restaurants. Really big TV screen. Coffee maker with some coffee were so great.
It was unexpectedly early checkout time, 10 am. Everything else was great.

It was very spacious and very clean, well decorated. It was also a comfortable place to work. The backyard is very charming as well.

location was fantastic! Host was very helpful and helped us out immediately with locking the keys inside the apartment. Patio area was a bonus, very friendly neighbours . we have not complaints .
The only issue was the shower water pressure. This seems to be an issue in all ratings.

The location is amazing. The owners left us a welcoming gift which was so nice and dropped off some fruit for us to taste. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Plenty of space inside and out.
There was no water pressure in the shower however the downstairs outside shower was amazing so for the hot temperatures perfect. I highly recommend this lovely place.

The property has a very good location. It was tidy and clean. The owner was polite and helpful. It was a great stay.

Loved everything, lovely house and decor, all facilities included (washing powder was particularly helpful!).
Location is fab, car park area too. The flat faces the beach, which has an outdoor gym area. The flat was clean and spacious, ideal for a family. Netflix was set up and the patio/balcony area was great, with tables, barbecue and outdoor shower.
Very comfortable, would definitely come back!
The water pressure in the shower is an issue. It trickles out which is not enough to wash your hair for example

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were lucky that they were just finishing cleaning on our arrival so we had no problem with keys. Very clean and bright, towels and extra blankets if needed, lovely little touches of décor around the place. Coffee and cleaning stuff left for use and a handy washing machine for towels etc. The outdoor space was lovely to sit in the evenings. Literally a 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the harbour. We hired a car and there was plenty of parking but there is a bus stop right opposite too.
The spiral stairs might not be good for very young children or elderly people. My mum who lives in Cyprus and visited us wouldn't walk up them them. The shower could be a little better, not great pressure and if you didn't make sure the curtain was inside the shower tray, the water ran across the landing at the top of the stairs and dripped down. There is a cold outside shower which will be great when coming back from the beach on a hot day though.

Apartment was placed almost next to the sea - we had to cross the road only. 5 min walking distance from Lathi harbor, restaurants. Good big store for shopping - 5 min car driving (towards Polis). General - vary spacious and comfortable apartment with all necessary facilities. Everything was as described on the website. At the back of the house there is a small garden with lemon and orange tree, gives nice shadow. The apartment is really sunny, with balconies, chairs etc. We recommend it for families with kids (2 slipping room: 1 king size bed + 2 single beds). Enough space for luggage in wardrobes.
Coat hanger in the hallway is needed - none at the moment. But that was not a problem - we used chair ;)

Very close to a lot of good fish restaurants and the wonderful hikes on peninsula. Netflix on large tv
Shower had little power. Heating stopped working the day before we left and weather exceptionally cold
Thought second bedroom very small and no wardrobe space. Had to phone owner for correct number for key lock
Spiral stairs as shown in property pictures but not easy for suitcases
