Historic, clean, quiet, comfortable, well-equipped
A chest of drawers would make it more comfortable for longer stays. A non-skid rug in front of the kitchen sinks would make it safer for older guests.

I liked the comfort of the apartment area I stayed in. The balcony was nice for an evening hangout, the living room area was cozy and inviting for relaxing in, and the kitchen was more than adequate for preparing a meal or for arranging anything carry-out. This location is very close to the downtown area!
