Loved being close to the action without being in the action; I couldn't believe how close we were to Dollywood. The parking is tight so I wouldn't suggest to many vehicles. Also, driving in at night and it being the first time will make you clinch tha cheeks if I can say cause you go up hills and its very dark up there. I loved our rental, makes you feel at home after all the stairs. The only two negatives I have was in some bathrooms it was really noisy when you cut on the water or went to the bathroom and the second is the floor creaked in our upper level.

We went as a family to the Fall Rod Run and had a wonderful time. We had 12 people in our group and the cabin was more than roomy for all of us. It was very clean and very cozy! Will definitely stay again!

place was clean,down in a hole with 15 steps that we were not told about. The picture that was shown on the web sight was not what we were given. There were 40 steps to the pool because there is no parking at the pool. we do not recommend this at all, stay in Townsend instead you will enjoy it more.

Called to get problems fixed, got hung up on twice so drove to the main office to get it taken care of. Electrical issues, one of the rooms on main floor keep loosing power. The inside was clean, not enough seating for everyone to enjoy a movie with only one small TV in the whole chalet, which we could not find the remote for, only after searching every wear found it inside hideabed. The out side still had fall leaves and garbage all around.
