The home has access to a great clubhouse with pool, hot tub, sauna and meeting room open year around. There is a private porch with mountain top views and plenty of Aspen trees for privacy. There is a free shuttle bus stop nearby that will take you to many Summit County destinations including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain resorts. The condo has a private 2 car garage. It features a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with granite counters, a dining room table that seats 6 and a small kitchen island with an additional 2 seats. The open space, along with the 2 living rooms allows you to enjoy quality time with your friends and family, while not feeling overcrowded. There is a cozy stone fireplace on the main floor living room, that is very user friendly. The main living room also features vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings.
