EXTERIOR

The backyard of this property is beautifully landscaped and very private with an outdoor undercover seating area. Relax in the 25 ft. x 9 ft. pool as you listen to the breeze through the Australian Pines. Bring your paddle boards and kayaks or go fishing off the dock. The boat lift is not for guest use, but you can dock a small boat with low clearance (about 7-8 ft.) along the dock up to 20 ft. long. There is also a floating dock at the property for your easy access for canoes and paddleboards. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).

The property includes the use of the two-car garage. In addition to the garage, there are four exterior parking spots available for use.

Pool heat is $150.00 per week. The heater is locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting when the heat is turned on. Pool temperatures might not always reach 86° F. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
