It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, covered parking, central ac/heat, 3 tvs, free wi-fi in unit! It has a king, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. The unit does not have a Land Line phone.The unit is just steps to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex is on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, tennis, boating, parasailing in the area. Busch Gardens/ Disney are within a short driving distance. Pack your bags and visit us at Island House to make your vacation a most memorable one!!

November Get Away
My gf and I wanted a little fall get away from Ohio weather and this place was perfect. Nice and quiet but plenty close by to do. We enjoyed the private beach and the pool. Great proximity to siesta key village and downtown Sarasota. Very clean and updated.

Wonderful stay!
Our villa was beautiful. Updated with 2 walk in showers, remodeled bathrooms,& remodeled kitchen. Bedrooms with beautiful furniture & nice dining table. Plenty of chairs on the enclosed lani.

Talk about a find! On the beach, quiet but close to Siesta Key! Second time staying and a different villa then before! These are great, clean, remodeled and budget friendly! Community is great and small issue with door but handled ASAP and excellent communication from management- thanks Scott! Will be back again soon.

A Great Place
This was our home away from home for 5 days. A lovely villa and very convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. whether driving or taking the trolley, which we did both.

Great place to stay
We love the Island House. We stay here every year! We’ve stayed in multiple units over the years. The only thing we noticed this year is that the furniture appeared dirty in the unit. The couch is cream color and I’m sure difficult to keep clean. The floors were swept but still dirty so our feet stayed very dirty. We had to keep our shoes on while inside.
Staff were very friendly and professional.
We really enjoyed the new tables on the lawn.
We visited many restaurants close by. Our favorites were Toasted Mango for breakfast, Ophelia’s for fine dining, and Spearfish, Walt’s, Captain Curt’s, and Phillipe Creek for seafood.
We will be returning in October!

Great villa~ Beautiful beach spot
I went for my 60th birthday May 1-7 with sisters and family !! The villa was a great location to the pool and 2 min to beach front. The resort is beachfront with apartments and villas. The villa was equipped with all we needed and we loved the lanai. The staff was very attentive before during and after. Shout out to Scott! We loved having Johnny's Rides for our transpiration to siesta key village ~ Or use the free trolley that runs every 20 mins. We are booking for next year. Siesta Key is a great fun area w/ most bars and restaurants in the village ~ 2 miles from Island House !!

Island beach house resort
The only issue was that there was no hot water in the small bathroom shower. We ended up just using the one shower so it was a minor deal.

Another year at Island House
This is our 10th year at Island House. Everything was perfect as usual. Staff exceptional, unit clean and fresh. Cannot wait till year 11!

Wonderful stay in villa 28!
We have stayed in several different villas over the years and I would have to say villa 28 was definitely the nicest we have had. Everything was beautiful and so accommodating. The only thing I will mention, is the master bedroom stayed very hot despite keeping blinds shut and door open and the air down. We ended up shutting the vents in the other bedroom and that did make the master bedroom cool off more. Just thought I would mention it. But overall it was an AMAZING stay and we can't wait to return.

Island House, the Perfect Escape
This Summer was the second year we have stayed at Island House. We have rented the same villa each time. We love the Island House and its close proximity to everything in Siesta Key! We are planning to stay here next year, too.
