Welcome to Fairway Villas Waikoloa, unit O21. Fairway Villas is the best walkable location to the Kings and Queens shops.
Designer furnishings, tropical artwork, luxurious linens and toiletries! Outstanding accommodations await you. Conveniently located parking to condo and elevator. Well-appointed, spacious master bedroom features a comfy Cal-king size bed, with en-suite. Deep soaker bathtub with marble counters and floor, dual vanities, glass enclosed shower, compartmentalized commode and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom features two extra-long twin beds, (with option to convert into a comfortable Cal-king bed) and the second bath is conveniently located adjacent.
Kitchen features deluxe appliances, granite counters, and is fully equipped with all cookware, dishes, utensils, Cuisinart, Keurig coffee makers, and electric tea kettle; it really has everything you’ll need. The spacious lanai overlooking the Kings’ Lake and shops is the perfect place to start and end your day…coffee in the morning while you watch golfers from the 4th tee of the Beach Course. Or evening cocktails, take in a sunset, and gaze at the shimmering lights reflecting off the Kings Lake. Relax and enjoy the living area which features a 50” flat screen High-Definition TV, Blu-Ray DVD, FREE Wi-Fi, iPod dock, ceiling fans, BRAND NEW A/C SYSTEM, washer/dryer. A welcoming recreation area with a 900’-long granular salt & pepper sandy beach, great facilities, free parking, equipment rental available and island excursions available too. Also, located right on the beach is Lava Lava Beach Club a great restaurant, with live entertainment. There are also many other beautiful beaches only a short drive away. Explore Mauna Kea snow-capped mountain to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park where you can see how active Kilauea volcano is.
Golfers, there are two championship golf courses for your enjoyment: Waikoloa King’s Course and Waikoloa Beach Course. Plus, several other world class golf courses in close proximity.
Super convenient, plus a very easy short walk from our condo to The Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Market, one of the Big Island’s premier shopping, dining, and live entertainment destinations. Each shopping center also has a convenient marketplace for groceries, deli, souvenirs and other essentials. The Fairway Villas were great. They had everything we needed, were conveniently located and we loved the pool.
We were there for 10 nights. The unit was a little short on the necessities, laundry detergent, dish detergent, toilet paper. Also when we went back to grab our last items before going to the airport our door key pad had been changed and it was before checkout and we could not get back in. We had to leave some items and just go to the airport. The management was very kind and is sending our items to us. Just FYI.

I can't wait to come back again. This condo was just wonderful.Beautiful tropical decor. Beautiful view. Very clean. Management team (Michelle) was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They have a manager on site. Couldn't be closer to shopping, and just a very short walk to the beach with a gorgeous view of the lake and tropical scenery. Loved Kitchen-fully stocked with cookware and everything I needed, balcony, bathtub/shower, lots of TV channels, very comfortable beds, washer/dryer in unit, elevator to 2nd floor, my stay was just perfect!

My husband and I spent a glorious 3 weeks in Hawaii. The condo was perfect. The unit was immaculate. It was clean and well equipped. The beds and accommodations were comfortable. We ate most meals on the lanai, which had comfortable seating. We had everything we needed to make this vacation one to remember. The management company was very easy to work with. We will be back.
