Welcome to Sunny Ledgeview Retreat, a 1,812 sq. foot luxury villa featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This pet-friendly home comes with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Please note that there is a $150 pet fee for each pet.
The spacious floor plan provides quiet and private bedrooms, offering contemporary style for your comfort. Whether you seek relaxation or wish to enjoy the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.
Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, Sunny Ledgeview Retreat is the perfect destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, and ATV trails. World-famous rock climbing and rappelling opportunities await, as well as breathtaking views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges. **Please note that one of the two community pools will close from December thru early March, both hot tubs will remain open**
