This Keauhou Akahi condo with beautiful sweeping ocean views overlooks the newly resurfaced Akahi swimming pool and 9th tee of the famous Kona Country Club Golf Course. Accommodated with 2 new 50 inch smart tvs, high-speed internet, Tempur-Pedic king-sized master bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher, tub, shower, additional murphy bed with queen mattress, ceiling fans, and lanai wet bar. With a spacious balcony and living area there is plentiful space to entertain or just relax and wind down. Wake up in the morning to the sights and sounds of outrigger canoe clubs practicing for the next race and allow our beautiful sunsets to take your breath away. Perhaps you'll catch sight of whales cruising offshore or a pod of dolphins swimming by. Conveniently located near the Keauhou shopping mall with groceries, shopping, and cinema available.

The owners of Unit#210 consistently make changes to ensure the properties physical integrity is upheld with comfortable and brightly colored furniture in the dining and living room along with fans. The dining room has a granite topped peninsula and beautiful lights as well!
The lanai has a small table with 4 chairs and two chaise lounges!
**There is No Elevator in the complex
**There are a decent amount of stairs to get up to the Top Floor. The views make up for it!**

Excellent! Clear communication and easy to find. Fantastic location out of the hubub of town yet close in. Very clean and artificial fragrance-free. Comfortable beds including the Murphy bed. Great lanai with ocean view and a multitude of birds. Basic kitchen necessities. I recommend this property.

This location and this condo complex has been my “go-to” location for many years. It’s a hidden gem for travelers who prefer to stay away from mega resorts and large noisy complexes.
My adult daughters and I spent 8 days in unit 210. It was our first time in this particular unit.
Pros:
The view!
Clean and spacious unit
Nicely equipped kitchen
WiFi and entertainment options
Ceiling fans and two small AC units
Beautiful grounds and pool
Walk to Kona Country Club for breakfast-yum!
Shopping is close by
Quiet and private
Cons:
None!
BUT
This particular unit has lots of stairs to negotiate, so if mobility or stair climbing is an issue for you, be aware of the stairs.
My adult daughters and I spent 8 days in unit 210. It was our first time in this particular unit.

This condo is a perfect place to stay if you wanted to either venture out and about the island or just stay locally and see the amazing sights. The property description, location, layout was accurate as described. I am particular about cleanliness and this condo was clean and well-maintained.
There is so much to see...I would suggest not to over book on expensive adventures, we choice three, one sports fishing day, Big Island Snorkeling and Sailing Adventure were outstanding, ( we saw some whales, too). To my disappointment the Whale watching trip was cancelled but we made up for it with other wonderful experiences. Ho’okena Beach Park excellent snorkeling adventure!! And don’t miss going to Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park (lots of turtles to view). We made it around the whole island over our eight day vacation! Don’t miss out on exploring, north point, Hilo, and the volcanoes! Truly amazing island filled with welcoming islanders. Two negatives... the fellow who cleaned the pool each day woke us up at 7:00 am with his leaf blower ( could he either use a broom or wait until later to start?? The WiFi didn’t connect to the internet. Neither of these negatives would deter our recommendation to stay at this condo. Mahalo!!

I was not told it was on third floor and 30 steps up to it. Had to have one of your guys to carry our luggage up and had to have a friend carry them down when we left. We are both in our mid sixties and I thought this was highly unprofessional not to be told the floor it was on and let me make the decision myself on which floor I was on. If someone had not helped from you company the night we arrived at 9 PM I would have demanded to be moved to a new unit or demanded a refund.
