Kona Pacific B-409 is a remodeled upper floor condo with breathtaking ocean views!
The owners have extensively upgraded and made changes that every guest will absolutely LOVE!
This condo has an extremely spacious lanai allowing access from all rooms: Living room, master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom.
The owner has equipped anything you might need for your Vacation. Wifi, Beach chairs & towels, TV's in both bedrooms & very large TV in Living Room! Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living room!
Overhead fans in every room, including the lanai to keep you comfortable.
The master bedroom has it's own bathroom with a Shower to use.
An excellent option for 4, as there is a Queen sized bed in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom.
Enjoy an amazing Kona sunset, while feeling a strong tropical breeze. A perfect vacation destination.
Complex has elevators, a large remarkable upgraded pool & BBQ area, and covered guest parking! Kona Pacific is one of the closest complexes to Kona town to walk to restaurants, shopping, & the beach!

Generally good, did not like the noise of the air conditioners. Needed more supplies, dishwasher soap, toilet paper. Paperwork indicated pull sheets and towels--at the last minute instructions were to complete laundry--should have known sooner but we left a day early and had time to complete.

Beautiful view, LOVED the location. It's in the heart of Kona. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping, farmers market, and morning coffee. Great communication with property management. Clean pool... Quiet!!

Great view. Lots of room. Hated the tiny ants and storing food. But was in a tropical paradise.

Overall not v good. Outdated facilities in condo & management never available. Little far to walk everywhere ( o.k. for young ones ! ) Spacious & good view of harbour. Wldn't stay there again.
