The room, the staff, the food and the location. This is why I have stayed at this hotel many times. I particularly like the no hassle and welcoming offer for an early checkin for no cost. This is most appreciated after a long overnight trip by train.
I was disappointed that I was not allowed to take the wonderful receptionist Irina home with me.
