Don't forget to explore the island on the free trolley that runs all day, every day from the end of Pine Avenue. The Palm Leaf has all the charm of Old Florida cottage ground level living with modern updates. All TVs in the house are Roku TVs. The open floor plan streamlines the living area, kitchen, and dining room with a second living area space. The vacation home has a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a perfect place to prepare the family meal!

The tropical, pool 32x13 and spa with the outdoor dining area has plenty of room for family and friends. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy evenings around the pool. Enjoy an outdoor shower to freshen up after your day at the beach.

Optional pool and spa heating, up to 86º F, is available from October to April at $150/week. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60º F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.


There are two covered parking spaces underneath the carport and an additional two parking spots in the driveway.
