The property was great, spacious and everything we required for our stay in Matlock.
The distance from the train station, it was advertised as 950 m from the station but when arrived it was 0.6 mile.
We choose the property on its location to the train station was so was disappointed at this distance as we were walking with cases.
Also the lack of communication from the owners to messages sent prior to arrival.
Three messages sent, no reply.

The property was beautiful, well presented, warm and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lots of things to do locally and plenty to explore.
The garage and hill up to it!! Not a problem at all and beyond anyone's control, just scary for a person from Cheshire where it's very flat :)

Nice house. Great location for Matlock.
Unresponsive owner. One of our party had to sleep on the floor due to broken twin bed.
One of the front bedroom, blind and window both broken so cannot open either.
Carpets a bit old and stained, could do with a proper clean.
