Honestly, everything! From the beautiful location and the resort itself to the comfort of the villa, every aspect of my stay was wonderful. What truly made this place special was the staff.
They were incredibly kind, warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. I felt valued and looked after throughout my stay.
Whenever something needed attention, the team was quick to listen and find a good solution. That level of care and hospitality made all the difference and showed me how much they genuinely care about their guests.
Pramana Giri Kusuma is more than just a beautiful place to stay; it is a place where hospitality comes from the heart. I am truly grateful for the experience and will carry these beautiful memories with me. ❤️
Absolutely nothing. Everything about my stay was wonderful, and I couldn’t have wished for a better experience.

This was a perfect stay. In the jungle, living with the sound of water, animals and forest. Wonderful swimming-pool. We recommend the massage. No mosquito during our stay.
No restaurant around. But grab are easily available and a restaurant is at the hotel. This is the price to have a disconnected experience, it worth it :)

Value for money.
Hospitable staff.
I booked a 2 bedroom unit based on the pictures on the website. They gave me a 2 bedroom unit yes but far from what I saw in the pictures! Very disappointed and no one did anything about it. Food can definitely be better there especially that delivery options are very far. Almost lost my flight back because they “forgot” I booked two way ride to airport. Wifi at the facility is horrible.
I honestly didn’t feel I was dealing with professionals. They are very kind and nice people but below expectations.
