The flat is on the 3rd floor of a new building, which has got a lift.
The building and the whole area is nice and peaceful but not far from the centre.
The flat is warm and comfortable, with modern furniture .
The living room is spacious (open concept with dining area) and separate bedroom, two TVs....balcony
All necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment (even iron, hair dryer, washing mashine..).
The bed is comfortable.
Position- in order to get to the centre of the town, you must walk along busy streets.
