Nicely decorated modern facility, with great onsen bath + foot bath.
Massage chair is a plus.
Kitchen is well equipped.
The parking lot is 5 min walk, quite a bit inconvenient for a family with senior and small kids, esp during December when it's cold and gets dark early.

Spacious villa for a family of 9 pax. Big bath tub on 2nd floor filled with hot spring water. Dyson hair dryer. Nicely decorated with Christmas tree.
While the villa can accommodate up to 10 pax, only 2 double beds were in a room while the rest of the beds were on the 2nd floor with no door. Can be too bright when the sun rises. More accessible by car. There is a nearby bus stop with buses from Hakone-Yumoto station but it was hard to find the North wing which we booked if we arrive by bus. You can only see the south wing near the bus stop.
