The instructions were plain and easy to understand and carry out.
The time was supposed to be 2pm for arrival and they wanted us to change to 3pm however we arrived at 2pm and were able to access the property. We were told that more time was required for the cleaners.....maybe get new cleaners, as there were a couple of things needed a bit more dusting and cleaning. The washing machine had mould in the rubber - they should know how to clean this. Not that difficult.
We didn't like that the whole amount of the fee was taken on the day we booked, not what we were expecting. Also the added cleaning fee was a 'surprise" .
The lounge could have been a bit more comfortable.

Convenience of location and comfortable bed.
I purchased a pillow as all were badly stained or very flat. Very dark even with curtains open and all lights on. Globe.missing in lounge. Was not very clean but no products left for me to clean.
