Die Unterkunft liegt relativ Zentral, dass Zentrum ist gut zu erreichen. Sie ist optisch nett eingerichtet. Ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt gibt es dort einen sehr niedrigen Kniestock. Dieses schränkt die Liegefläche des Bettes extrem ein. (Ich bin 190cm groß). Entweder man zieht das Bett von der Wand weg, (dann ist die Tür aber nur eingeschränkt zu öffnen) oder lässt die Füße heraushängen.
Die Plissees der Wohnung sind zu breit, verknittert und schwerfällig. Das Sofa sieht zwar nett aus, durch die sehr gerade Rückenlehne aber nicht gerade bequem. Leider gibt es viele Kleinigkeiten die den ersten positiven Eindruck widerlegen.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was für einen guten Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Nach dem erkunden der Stadt oder einer Wanderung in der Heide ist hier der richtige Ort sich zu entspannen.
Schonen nach wenigen Schritten sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, Restaurants und Cafés zu erreichen.

- bei starkem Wind hat man die Dachziegel klappern gehört
- Kühlschrank hat zeitweise komische Geräusche gemacht
- Bettlaken für das Schlafsofa fehlte

The unit is very nicely decorated, has a good overall vibe to it. Size is nice
After placing a non refundable deposit of 135 EUR, I was charged an additional 30% of the total costs through a separate request directly from the owner. Without paying the additional fees, i would not be given access to the apartment. This included an additional 10 EUR charge for my pet (mentioned in the original booking), an additional tax (which contradicted what booking.com said was already included), and 25 EUR for clean linens and towels for a one night stay. The apartment was tidy, but there was a lot of hair in the shower drain that needed to be removed and several dead bugs that needed to be thrown out.
