The location and the staffs were very kind, the house keeping were very helpful specially a staff named Abid was always happy to help and even the bell boy was just on his toes throughout. The check in and check out was smooth. The staffs at the reception are always smiling.
There were no wardrobe in the room and it was difficult managing our stuffs, even the washroom didn’t have enough holders & storage for toiletries. Plus, it’s way too expensive for the kind of room that was provided. I have stayed in multiple locations in Dubai, everywhere there was wardrobe and enough storage space.

There was not enough light in the bathroom, no mirror for the make up, very basic hairdryer.
The coffee was very basic, no espresso included in the breakfast.
