Good apartment near the seaside and airport, easy access to the public transport
Need some repairs and furniture change, not clean enough

Good contact, flexible check-in/out hours 😉
I found unwashed cutlery in the tap, hair in beds, half a roll of toilet paper for a week seems ridiculous, there was information that this would be provided, I spent the first day of my vacation after a long trip shopping for basics like garbage bags and toilet paper. These basics should be provided and the apartment should be cleaned.
