The experience staying here was exceptional and we will definitely consider staying at another of the properties in the hotel group in future trips to Japan. The facilities were very clean, welcoming, with lots of amenities! The staff was so nice and to call to open the door a couple times was no issue. (Most of the time it was open-able from inside.)

The staff were excellent, although they didn’t speak English they did their best to communicate via a translation app.
The rooms are incredibly big and included a bathtub.
The air conditioning in the room is great!
The rooms are exceptionally clean!
I was unaware this was a ‘love’ hotel and was confused about the door opening process - I now understand this is to stop people running off from paying for the room. The door opening process involves either calling or asking for your room to be unlocked before you enter or leave.

Perfect location, incredible value for money. Would have stayed longer and would stay again. We did not know that non smoking was an option you had to ask for but still wasn't bad.
