We liked the setting in which the house is located - remote, surrounded by beautiful nature. The house was clean and has potential to become a great gateway place but its not there yet.
The house itself has potential but being among the first guests we felt lack of comfort - a sofa would be nice to sit on in the living room area, patio furniture for the outside etc. so that one can actually make use of the time spent in and around the house. There was no housekeeping (stayed for three nights) and little to no wifi / cell reception (which is kind of expected given the remote location). For now, I did not find the value for money was great. I am sure that can improve with more bookings and more experience that the host gets in renting his place to guests.

The house and the near museum are unique in whole sardegna. We loved our holiday and enjoyed every minute.
The placed is quite and the house new with special stone tiles and design elements from the nearby hills. The team of Villa Ginepro put so much heart into the house and the garden that we felt at home right away.
