Overall, we liked the entire property, and how clean it was, The location is amazing and the terrace is very convenient when traveling with friends and family, and we also liked how safe we felt in it. It's like an apartment complex. be advised that the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the unit.

the washroom layouts, and the amount of toiletries, more coffee would have been great

Good location

Hosts were not responding in due time, and many of our requests went unfulfilled. We were offered two cleaning services, and when we required them, the hosts were very slow to respond (after 3 days, during our 10 day stay). Moreover, they didn't change the sheets or the towels during the cleaning service. Coffee pods were the wrong size, and when they changed them, they still didn't provide the correct coffee pods. The shower drain made the bathroom prone to flooding. Overall bad service which impacted our stay in a decent apartment that was centrally located.
