Staff were very kind and accommodating. They were easy to work with- even when we were needing odd check-in and arrival times.

Location-wise, its an advantage since the hotel is close to the heart of the city.
Cost-wise also, it is affordable with A/C, wi-fi, and hot-water.
The room size was a wee-bit smaller than expected, but was sufficient and manageable.
The room was maintained clean by the house-keeping section.
The prepaid breakfast was pretty basic.
The name board of the property was shown as "HOTEL QUEST", and there was no mention of "FABHotel".
The entrance corridor from the adjacent road is quite narrow, and any tourist would easily miss the location.

Room was neat and clean . Washroom was also neat and clean. Room size ok for two people. Staff behaviour was goiod.
Their, are no sitting arrangement inside the room . Very difficult to take a dinner and breakfast on the bed. Their are two option of breakfast puri or bread tost. It could be better.
