Clean rooms. Staff was well mannered and owner was straight forward in accepting that it's a new setup.
AC didnt work properly. Even after switching off it was in operation whole night. No restaurant. Coffee got delayed so much that we lost the interest to have it. Wash basin had issues which was fixed next day morning. Area of the hotel very congested and not great but a good security can fix the problem.
Have good business potential but need an experienced manager to fix the gaps. Above are not complaints but suggestions of improvements since owner claims it to be a new setup.
