Exeptional comfortable beds

Staff were excellent. Incredibly personable and couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel was modern, clean and rooms very well equipped. Comfortable beds and quality bedding.
Bath towels could be larger!

The location is great and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating
One thing that surprised us the most was when we asked to have twin beds instead of one double bed we were told it’s an extra £100 charge.
We also booked a message at the spa. A 60 massage for £150 which was as overpriced the massage wasn’t good.

It was new & modern hotel.
Will not recommend if you are coming with family. We were charged extra for WIFI, charged extra for breakfast though at checkin was told it is complimentary. Then, timing for kids for swimming pool was pathetic, i have personally visited more than 1000 hotels, with same size of pools, but have never seen that kids have to go at certain times only. We couldnt really enjoy family time for pool. Before writing feedback, we informed management about these points, they insisted being right & didnt akcnowledged our issues. Sadly, we will never go this place again.
