Location! Spaciousness of condo and balcony

The door had to be forcefully and loudly slammed to get it shut in order to lock. Once shut and locked, still was a gap; door doesn’t shut flush to frame. There is a steady leak from bathtub faucet, and electrical outlet in bedroom is loose.

This unit needs serious updating and upgrading. There was only one broken patio chair which was reported on day 1 and still not replaced by day 6. Many of the same issues have been reported before and clearly not addressed- the door lock malfunctions with is a huge safety concern, the faucets leak, the ice maker does not work, the front lg stove burner does not work, all kitchen items are in bad shape and almost unusable, there is no extra bedding or blankets, the shower curtain is moldy as is the bathroom ceiling. The one amenity you do claim to have (a jetted tub) is not true, and there is no tub plug to use the bath as is. Also the building was being painted and very loud and dirty all day and there was not notification to expect this. Please consider the needed updates and address all problems as they have been reported over the past several months. I would not recommend this unit and will not stay here again.

Achtung: ich kann diese Unterkunft (Perdido Key) nicht bewerten, da sie kurzfristig wegen Baumaßnahmen nicht verfügbar war. Vacasa (die Verwaltungs-Agentur) hat uns aber problemlos in einer anderen, deutlich höherwertigen Unterkunft untergebracht (Palacio 0803). Diese war ausgezeichnet. Sehr kundenfreundliches Verhalten von Vacasa!

They were working on the building and we had no water. We were not notified about the water.

Numerous items of unit were old/broken, stained and require maintenance.

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST AVAILABLE ON SITE. YOU NEED TO GO TO NEARBY RESTAURANTS. WE WERE NOT PREPARED TO COOK IN OUR KITCHEN. WE WERE VERY TIRED WHEN WE GOT IN SO WE WANTED TO UNPACK AND REST. WE ATE SNACKS THAT WE HAD PACKED. WE GO BREAKFAST AT A NEARBY RESTAURANT "THE BREAKFAST CLUB" BEFORE WE VENTURED TO WALMART TO PICK UP GROCERIES FOR THE WEEK.

THERE WAS NO ONE AVAILABLE ON SITE THAT COULD ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD. THERE WAS A PHONE NUMBER HOWEVER THAT WAS ANSWERED BY VACASA STAFF WHO WERE NOT FAMILIAR WITH AREA IN WHICH WE WERE STAYING, THEREFORE THE COULD ONLY ANSWER GENERAL QUESTIONS THAT WOULD APPLY TO ALL PROPERTIES.

It was great very roomy.

Bed is awful. No way to sweep things up. Vacuum was not working right kept blowing out what we vacuumed up. There is a drip in the bathtub we couldn’t stop.
