The property was lovely, pool a good size and rooms modern and clean.
I feel that the reception could have been open earlier for check in.
I felt it was very random not to have a draining board beside the sink.

The apartment was nicely decorated and very well equipped. Kitchen had everything you needed, olive oil, salt and paper were a plus. Also good quality kitchenware. Welcome wine and water were also extremely nice. Good size apartment and comfortable bed. Pleasant pool area as well.
The location of my apartment within the property which overlooked the parking lot. Everything else was great!
Also, just a recommendation to have a luggage support. Not a complain at all.

We’ve just come home from a wonderful stay at Casa Velha. From the moment we arrived, the accommodation felt like home from home. It was modern, clean, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as well as being quiet and peaceful. We especially loved being able to relax in the evenings and the location was perfect. Filipa and the Team were welcoming and friendly, and it was clear that they really care about their guests’ experience. We made some lovely memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We would highly recommend this place.
