Fab location right at the boat harbour , great self contained apartments with linen towels and amenities. Nice clean pool. Super friendly staff!
One 3 bedroom apartment seemed much newer or recently renovated than the other one with big showers with rain heads and a new couch. Both were still lovely but comparatively the newer/renovated one was much nicer!

Location is fantastic, close to harbour shops and restaurants and to Rottnest ferry services. Accommodation was good value for money and everything worked as expected. Some great pubs and restaurants nearby
No lifts And being on the 3rd floor. Minor issue though and most relevant to arrival and leaving with large bags, did not bother me the rest of the time

The staff! We arrived early at Hillarys and i asked if we could leave the luggage at reception for a few hours, they checked us in early so we could start enjoying our stay! The location is brilliant. Facilities in the apartment are great.
It would be nice if the outdoor pool was heated!

Room worked well for 2 couples
Internet was too slow. There was only 1 fan for 2 bedrooms. There was only 1 car park card for 2 cars. No consumables such as salt & pepper, milk, tomato sauce.
