Good location, clean and nice room.

The hotel is a townhouse with tiny subdivided apartments. Shortly after we settled into the room - there was a fire alarm and smoke smell that alerted us of a fire in a different room. We came out of the building and waited while fire fighters put out fire on the level below us. After that - our room was unlivable - lock got broken by firefighters checking every room, strong smoke fumes was everywhere. Windows were bolted shut - so we could not even air the room out. Firefighters said this was an electrical fire. We told the owner via Text that we are not comfortable sleeping with an unlocked door and smoke - nobody was there to manage. So me and my son moved out in the middle of the night to a different hotel. Next day when I tried to get the money back - owner refused to refund us saying we should have stayed in the room! He was arguing via tex messages! Horrible experience, trying to get our money back with booking.com.

The bed was a nice size
The shower had hair on the walls that wasn't mine. The wall had paint missing. But the biggest dislike was the hair the cosmetic stuff can be over looked

El personal de atención al cliente es muy hostil y rudo muy poco serviciales y muy mal servicio aparte de que la plataforma con la que se hace el pago del depósito es fraudulenta

La señora de la limpieza es muy atenta y muy amable la verdad ella y la ubicación fueron los motivos por los que me quedé allí
La atención al cliente es demasiado pésima son personas rudas y poco dispuestas a ayudar a resolver problemas
Además usan una plataforma muy fraudulenta para hacer los pagos del depósito ya que desde ese mismo sitio web se hicieron varios cargos a mi tarjeta casi un mes después de haberme ido del alojamiento

Location was really nice and the building has a lot of charm. The cleaning lady was very nice. The bed very comfortable.
Shower very poor. The people above us were very noisy early in the morning (4:45) even when taking the stairs but I know it's an old building so it's noisy. It was kind of difficult to open the window to aerate the room.

A água do chuveiro não funcionou a contento. Um dia não esquentava, no outro dia esquentou demais. Persianas em mal estado e o atendimento telefônico deixou a desejar. Luzes do quarto nada funcionais, precisa quase subir em cima da cama para apagar as luzes. A housekeeper esclareceu algumas coisa e tentou ajudar, mas ela não conserta coisas.
Além disso o quarto 601 fica em um 5o andar sem elevador e nós somos seniores.

Como estava a viajar sozinha, essa atenção ainda foi mais bem recebida. Uma pessoa Muito atenciosa e terna. A proprietária é muito atenciosa e está sempre em contacto.
O Check in é um pouco moroso mas não é difícil.

The decor was hip and current. it had all the necessary amenities. Soap, Shampoo, coffee, and tea. The bed was very comfortable, pillows fluffy and the towels were new too. The location was within an easy walk to the freedom trail and plenty of other parks and sites. It was a first trip to Boston and we were very pleased with the accommodations and the
overall neighborhood. Stoops were decorated for the fall and the gardens with fall colors.

The location of the place is great. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around.
The check in process is long and confusing however the communication with the host was quick and effective. I was traveling from Europe and had a suitcase but since my allotted room was on the 5th floor it was not comfortable to carry it without an elevator. The pictures of the room on the website are either from another room or are photoshopped as my room was basic at best. There was a basic kitchenette with a fridge with a very loud thermostat. In the bathroom, the hot/water mixer did not function and after spending sometime for fixing it it was luke warm at best. Not ideal for business travels with packed schedule. The owner was made aware of this on the last day. The walls are thin so if you get a loud neighbour and are a light sleeper, it might not be the best. Apart from that, all the facilities were there as mentioned in the booking. The bed is comfortable and the room was clean.

Everything was very clean and the place was very comfortable! All amenities were great. Would definitely rent again if needed.

Easy waking distance to everything we needed…food, groceries, subway, bus and train. We walked to the Freedom Trail, but we took a bus to Harvard. The street was quiet. Having free laundry facilities and access to a full kitchen was amazing.
The room was very comfortable and Edith, the caretaker was beyond accommodating. She loves her job and it shows.
Communication was excellent, and I would definitely stay again.

Very close to where I needed to be and it wasn’t very hectic or busy
No parking anywhere near by at all the closed parking is about a 15 min walk, he said there is street parking when there isn’t at all ever part of the “street parking” is either resident only or permit required so I don’t know where the street parking that he was talking about was. Also the apartment didn’t look like the picture at all it was really small and we found a dirty black underwear on our bed. Wasn’t the best place but it was fine for one night

Easy communication with host, the room had everything I could need for my stay. Really appreciated the laundry room and kitchen access. The location was perfect, I found everything I was interested in within walkable distance. If I'm ever in Boston again I'll definitely book here again.

Everything was great: the room, the location. The common rooms and the room were well maintained and the free laundry was an excellent bonus.
It was great that we could leave our luggage in the building for the day after checking out, but I was surprised that we had to pay an extra 25$ fee for the service, when the fee for one night stay was already pretty high (370$). The luggage service used to be free for hotel guests...

We spent one night here - the staff was very helpful and I enjoyed my time here! Great location, highly recommend 👍
