Excellent, luxury accommodation with superb 5 star facilities. Friendly and accommodating hosts who go the extra mile to please. Convenient city centre location and right next to the award winning Aroi Asian Fusion Restaurant. Had a birthday meal there and Don and the team made it a really special and memorable occasion. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect apartment right in the centre of the city. The apartment had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. We truly loved our 10 day stay there and can’t wait to come back.

The Penthouse itself was good, for the most part. Very spacious and the location was great. Having to pay for parking wasn’t so great since most other places we have stayed at had free parking or a spot for you.

We didn’t like how the drains for the showers were plugged and drained very slow and with the shower stall edge or lip of the shower floor was so low the water was flowing over onto the floor so we had to throw extra towels down so it wouldn’t wet the tile. We had to wash the bowls, kitchen table and counter before using everything as they were still dirty, sticky and greasy. The big blue couch that is in the penthouse (shown in photos) was extremely dirty, so bad that we didn’t dare sit on it. This was brought up to the host and she was very nice about it. Very apologetic saying she didn’t know and would deal with it. However, it wasn’t something that was just done the day before, they were old stains and many of them, so as a host, perhaps this is something she should have known.

Great location right in the middle of town, close to everything. Apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable . Washer and dryer was a nice bonus. Host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a big deal, but apartment was a little difficult to find . You check in at the restaurant below the apartment. Also no free parking but there’s lots on the next street behind the apartment for about 10 euro a day. Everything else was great. Highly recommend.

We checked in at the restaurant below the apartment. I'm guessing it was a supervisor/manager we spoke to, a woman and a man. The woman was happy enough to take payment for the night, but after it authorised, said "ok, now we need to see some ID please to verify your identity". I told her sorry, ID is not something I carry around, but I have various bank cards in my wallet which have my name, the same name as on the booking. This went back and forth a few more times, before she turned around, spoke to a man behind her. He approached and started the conversation about ID again, becoming very aggressive, very quickly, to the point he just kept saying "driving license or passport". In the end, my partner (who's name wasn't on the booking) had an ID, which the woman quickly grabbed, scurried off to make a copy and came back. The second thing was very thin windows. We could hear every single conversation of passers by on the street, and a busy pub across the road. We actually thought there might have been a window open, we could hear people so clearly. We both checked, but all windows were closed. It's not a place I would go back to or recommend to anyone.
