Lots of space, we rented the whole place so we had one room to spare. We really enjoyed the common space and appreciate it being fully equipped (kitchen and living room).
The house was pretty clean, though not in the best condition, some rusted pieces in the bathroom, some walls affected by moisture. TV in every room, but only the one in the common space actually worked (no TV signal), we didn't bother too much with this, but there were moments when someone could watch the news in the morning in bed.

The house is new and has every facility needed for vacation. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and the cleanliness of the house is top.
The lady that welcomed us also offered some recommendations of where to eat, which was very useful and the communication was very straightforward.
The area is very quiet and perfect for relaxation.
The house is located a bit further away from the beach, but very close by is a bus stop that goes directly to the beach, so no real issue.
