We spent 2 nights at Cozy Uptown Guest House and our experience was great. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and there's a parking space right in front of the house.
The house is beautiful with a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful king size bed. From the apartment you can also directly walk to St. Augustine historical city center which is definitely something I would recommend.
Lastly I want to mention that the communication with the host was spot on and timely. Nothing to say for this accomodation, other than I fully recommend it if you are visiting St. Augustine!
