Very clean, towels provided and clean bedding out for arrival , excellent aircon. Great communication from the owner, easy to get the key. Easy to get a grab/taxi anywhere
Slight road noise but wasn’t a issue for us,

We've had everything we need. Close to the convenient store & laundry. Friendly staff members.
Loud train sounds, ATM machine not working.
Bad electricity. Couldn't turn on microwave and TV/AC at the same time.

Complete with all utensils, just like a normal apartment, not a hotel

Comfortable apartment with good equipment, in a good location. Really great for a budget. Has a gym and a pool, even though the gym is full with kids blocking all 5 machines to take instagram pictures all night :)
Sadly this room was on the train side, which you can clearly hear all day.
