We enjoyed our 9 nights in apartment 7 on the second floor. The apartment is on a relatively busy street but quiet at night. The apartment had a practical layout, attractive furnishings and is conveniently located near an excellent Coop grocery store. The kitchen was equipped with essentials including a Nespresso coffee machine.
Some shelves in the kitchen and bedroom are high and hard to reach if you are a short person. A stool might be nice to have. The washer/dryer takes some time to figure out if you are not familiar with the system.

Generalmente buona
Odore sgradevole, pulizia, filtri clima sporchi, terrazzo sporco, materasso affossato, tendina della camera non chiudeva del tutto, tendine della sala molto difficili da manovrare, posate piegate, climatizzatore stentava a raffreddare.

Good location, clean, spacious
The sofa has seen better days. It’s not comfortable. It got really hot during the day even with the blinds down and there was no fan.

Good location, close to a bus stop, and to a grocery store. There are few restaurants around the neighborhood. AC is a plus too.
The apartment was dirty, especially the floor. The bed is not comfortable (there's a hole in the middle, so you can feel the slope of the mattress), the sofa bed neither.
There are some things missing in the apartment, like for example cleaning products (I would have cleaned the floors if I could!).
I can't say that the flat is quiet, as it overlooks a very busy street. But that's the price you pay for being in the city centre.
