B&b Onda Napoli

We are a couple over 50 years old visiting Napoli and the surrounding area with a 2 weeks stay. Room was well equipped and in perfect clean conditions, it was looking like new. Air conditioning was a big plus after a hot day walking around the city and the archaeological sites, like Pompei. The little fridge was also great for keeping our drinks cold (capacity was up to six 1.5 liters bottles). There is an elevator, working with coins; Angelo did leave some change for us, for using it during our stay. The staff has been just great and reactive for helping us. Just an example, we had an issue with no more hot water for the shower; less than one hour after messaging, Angelo did come in our room and did fix the issue at 8 PM! Angelo did also provide us with a document on the possible visits of interest in the area. Room was made and cleaned every day. Because we snore, we are both sleeping with ear plugs, therefore, we don't know about noise during the nights. Room is perfectly positioned nearby the "Napoli Centrale" train station and the "Garibaldi" subway (Metro) station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, for the day to day needs. Famous Naples streets for visits, are easily accessible by walking few minutes from the room.

Camera carina e pulita, il proprietario Angelo disponibile e gentilissimo. Appartamento consigliato

La zona non è il massimo....

Very convenient located, close to the public transport and the historic centre. The host was super helpful suggesting amazing places for food in Napoli. Definitely recommend 👌🏻

Nothing, all good!

The hotel had the advantage of being just a few minutes away from the central station.

The advantage is also the disadvantage of this hotel: the surroundings of the hotel is very bad, I felt unsafe as soon as I left the building. One night we woke in the middle of the night because a family in the building (not in the hotel part) started a very loud family dispute, even the police came. The building itself was old and dirty, although our room was more or less clean. And what surprised us the most was that we booked the room with "pay at the property" option, but by the time we arrived to the hotel at 5 pm, they already charged by bank card that we provided to booking during the reservation, no questions asked. I have never had this, if I choose pay at the property, I think they shouldn't do that!
