Perfect location to explore nearby alleys and restaurants, close to Serapo beach, and walkable distance to the old town as well. The apartment was squeaky clean, had all the comforts, and its noise isolation is excellent – it's super quiet even though it's on a main road. Additionally, Federica was a great host who provided recommendations and answered all our questions quickly.

We loved the whole place. It looked like the whole place had just been remodeled. The bathroom and shower area had been redone and the walls were beautifully painted and the lighting was perfect. The best thing of all was the beautiful view and the patio type doors. We spent much of our time in the room sitting on the couch near the doors and relaxing as we watched the beautiful view. We saw the orange of the sunrise, the light pink of the sunset, the slow moving sailboats and the seagulls as they dove here and there leaving only their ever sounding call to each other. The palm trees along the edge of the dock swayed in the breeze and left our hearts not wanting to leave.

There was nothing I didn't like. I've never been at a more lovelier spot with a most gracious host.

Nice newly renovated room and beautiful view from the window. The host agreed to keep our luggage after checkout until the evening.

We didn't like that the host only accepted cash even though by law they must accept electronic payments. The Cafè for the "free" breakfast included in our stay charged us extra even though we asked specifically for options included in the voucher.
