A cosy home right in the middle of Cagliari’s historic centre, lovingly restored. You’re just a short stroll from the train, buses, shops, restaurants, nightlife – and even a cracking ice-cream parlour.
Certain rooms incorporate a shared lounge area. Although aesthetically impressive, it would be advisable to disclose this feature in future advertisements. The period doors – which are only partially glazed and lack the soundproofing of the front doors – may present issues with less considerate guests; alternatively, acoustic improvements could be considered. Additionally, several details would benefit from refinement.
