The Gite was ideal for my photographic holiday, it was compact but had all the amenities you could possibly want. Mini kitchen with combo oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc, Washing machine and ironing facilities too. Everything was clean and easy to use. The bed was very comfortable, especially for a full out sofa bed. The mattress was thick and appeared to be a firm memory foam type, it was ideal for me and obviously of high quality. Easy access to the village which has many restaurants, about a 10minute walk or just a few minutes drive. About 20minute drive away from the popular village of Valensole too with many lavender fields to photograph in and around the area. Great stay, Would certainly visit again and recommend to others.

The garden was not secure as initially expected, within minutes of arriving one of the dogs went through the hedge into the neighbours garden and then out onto the access road. Thankfully only residents and visitors had access to the road so thankfully there was no immediate traffic. I was able to block the hedge but it was a constant worry that the dogs would go out again and I could not leave the door open to allow the dogs into the garden without supervision. Not quite sure what happened on the third day but there was no hot water at all, thankfully it came back the following day. The weather was hot so the cooler water was not a huge problem but was glad when the hot water returned.
