Great location. No issues, clear messaging etc. very clean, everything there that we needed.

Nothing

Unfortunately it was Threshers week when we stayed and the noise from the students lasted until 3.30 am resulting in very little sleep.

The location was fantastic - an easy walk from everything we wanted to see and do.

Nothing to fault - exactly what we required.

Great location for exploring York city centre.

The cleanliness of the apartment 2 wasn't as expected - there was chewing gum under one sofa and an inflatable microphone under the sofa bed (only know this due to looking for the TV remote which was found down the side of the sofa cushions, which made us question if this had been cleaned) and the rug had bits on it. A few planks of laminate in the kitchen area have been held down with screws and there was no holder in the shower for the shower head in the bathroom off of the kitchen area. Twin bedroom had an ensuite with a large shower, which would make more sense for this room to have the double bed as families are likely to give children the twin room meaning the children have the larger shower as the other is quite small.
