The property is very well organized, clean, and well maintained, both in the outdoor areas and inside the rooms. There is private gated parking, as well as additional parking available in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious, nicely designed, and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. The overall level of maintenance is very high, and it is clear that the property is carefully looked after. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, calm, patient, and always explained everything in a pleasant and helpful manner, which created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The restaurant area is beautifully designed and very pleasant to sit in. There are also heating solutions for colder days in the seating areas, even though the space is not fully enclosed. The food is beautifully presented, the dishes are tasty, and the prices are reasonable. The breakfast included in the stay was also very good, varied, and delicious. We would gladly stay here again and would definitely recommend it to friends visiting the Gabrovo area.

There are a few points that could be improved, or at least made clearer to guests in advance. The entrance to the hotel is through a separate door that is not clearly marked, so it is possible to stand at the entrance without realizing that the hotel is located upstairs. In our opinion, a clear sign should be added to guide guests. In addition, the hotel is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. The stairs may be difficult for elderly guests, people with limited mobility, or guests carrying heavy luggage. It would be helpful to mention this clearly during the booking process and also for the staff to offer assistance with luggage when needed.

Camera bella e pulita. Bagno con una doccia super. Nel complesso l'hotel è molto confortevole. C'è il servizio ristorante con un ottimo menù. Cibo davvero buono.

In camera c'era solo una presa di corrente. Noi siamo in due e per caricare i cellulari abbiamo fatto a turno. La colazione non ci ha soddisfatto. Non c'è scelta. Ci hanno servito un toast e un po' di uva. La scelta era solo tra caffè o thè.

Very complimentary hotel with free water, coffee, and other amenities. Clean room with a balcony and bath, comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive during all my stay. The location was convenient, near to the city center and market, so it was easy to explore the area. Parking is available for guests, which is very helpful. Breakfast is not usual European choice, toasts with vegetables, fruits, and cheese, but it was tasty and enough.

The room size was a little small for me, but still comfortable for a short stay.
