Macciuneddu Country Retreat

Beautiful property in the country, yet only 15 minutes from the beach/town/restaurants, etc. So lovely, quiet and peaceful. The bed and linens were so comfortable, room was well appointed with all that we needed, air conditioning worked great, shutters on windows for room darkening, good lighting, outlets on either side of bed, hooks in the bathroom where you need them. It felt like everything was thought of. We will be thinking about the yummiest homemade breakfast long after leaving here. It was the real highlight, we couldn’t wait to wake up to this on the patio overlooking the beautiful olive grove. Best of all, Michele was waiting outside for us after our long journey from the US, got us settled and quickly made us a dinner reservation. Also provided restaurant recommendations each day and told us which beach to go to depending on the wind. So amazing.

It is truly exceptional - if you are around and looking for accomodation than think no more - this is it. Very new apartment, super stylish bathroom, comfortable bed, tasty rich breakfast and caring host. All of that in calm olive grove of the sardinian countryside with own parking on the property.

Michelle was extremely nice and welcoming. The room is gorgeous. The garden is lovely, excellent breakfast

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place is a real oasis of calm - super quiet, very relaxing, and everything was spotless. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their recommendations for nearby beaches were spot on. Breakfast every morning was delicious, and the location is great: peaceful, but still easy to get around from. We’d definitely book again without hesitation! ☺️
