B&B METRO'

It was close to Perugia train station and the metro

If the minimetro and train station were not in maintenance stage, this would be an excellent location to stay in Perugia. It's located behind the train station and minimetro; two great transportation options to get in/around the area. Unfortunately, they were both not functioning when I was there (mid-August 2026). As for the room, it was clean and well maintained; everything worked as expected. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. I really enjoyed the balcony! Great breeze from 6th floor, especially at night. Bathroom (my room had separate WC across the hallway) was spacious and clean with nice shower. There is a minimart in another building next to this one, so a good thing. The owner Silvia is very good at communicating with guests. Overall, a very good room, one I would return to if I go back to Perugia.

Besides nonfunctioning transportation (busses still run) outside of building, there are very limited options for eating. Neither is the owner's fault but keep that in mind.

The room was really impressive; large, decent balcony with lovely view; nice themes; good quality furnishings; big bathroom with powerful shower. Sylvia was very nice and welcoming.

We reported a leaky air-con unit on our final night, which was particularly worrying as it was just above the TV. The kettle and coffee maker were missing on arrival but Sylvia sorted this out so we could enjoy a coffee at sunrise on the balcony on the 2nd morning. Apparently a previous guest had broken them.

comfortable bed, great location if you plan to take the train next day

it was a little cold in December and you don’t have 100% privacy
