A very nice apartment. Welcoming host.
Clean, lots of towels.
The beach nearby is not very good for kids with a lot of stones, so we used to walk 15 minutes to more central beaches of Giardini-Naxos.

Apartment is just as described, stylish and very comfortable. It has everything you may need for short holidays. One King size bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed also super comfortable. Large smart TV was a bonus as the weather wasn't perfect so we watched fav movies online in the evenings. There's also an AC unit with heating function- worked brilliantly!
Windows could be isolated better, I'm a light sleeper and I could hear literally every noise outside- from screaming cats, through garbage collectors to tourists hanging out in the nearby bar.

We really liked our stay here. There was everything we needed in the place. Location is very close to beach. There is perfect ice cream caffe on same street, we really liked ice cream there! Also there are different places to eat quite close (5-15 min walk). Thank you.
There is no parking allowed on same street (you can get fines from police) - you have options either leave car for 10 EUR/24h in parking 5 min from this place or 15 min away are free parking spaces if you are lucky!
Also there was loud music coming from bar on street below this apartament, but not all evenings.
