View, balcony, bathroom, parking place. Apartment is new.

Lokacija je odlična, mirna i dovoljno blizu centra i plaže. Krevet je udoban. TV je odličan i opremljen streaming aplikacijama. Kuhinja je prostrana i relativno dobro opremljena. Dvorište je lijepo uređeno. Odlično opremljen zajednički vešeraj s uvijek dostupnom perilicom za rublje, ručnim usisavačem i drugim raznim potrepštinama (wc papir, kapusule za perilicu, prašak, šamponi).

Konfiguracija apartmana. Bili smo smješteni u prvom apartmanu do ulaza što znači da drugi goste prolaze pored prozora kupaonice, spavaće sobe i kuhinje. Apartman se iznimno lako zagrijava od sunca jer nema postavljene debele škure već vanjske rolete. Rečeno nam je da je naša "terasa" vani ispred kuhinje, dakle gdje svi prolaze, međutim kasnije smo otkrili da postoji i stražnji dio dvorišta sa stolom i sušilom za rublje. U apartmanu su se često pojavljivali mravi.

Little space for clothing, the surrounding area is unappealing and exterior space is very limited.

The apartment is spacious and new, everything is in good shape. There’s a lot of space in each room. there’s only one AC at the front of the apartment and the cooling seems to be broken and even on cooling mode it seems to be the same as fan. But at night it’s not too hot and I’m generally not a big AC person so I didn’t need it, but for someone who would consider this an important aspect, maybe worthy of having this in mind.

I was asked by staff the day before arrival when I would be arriving, I said I would be arriving by bike around 3-4pm would that work? The staff gave me a number to contact and said yes, contact this person about 30 mins before your arrival. The next day, I contacted the person as instructed, at 2:30pm, about 30 mins before my arrival around to confirm that it is good. The staff wrote back and said he could either meet me now or at 5pm. Obviously, after being told to text before arriving, I was still 30 mins away so without any choice, I agreed to the 5pm. I noted this to the original staff who wrote back and said they have a lot of check ins so there’s no other staffer that can come earlier. I texted the staff 10 mins before 5pm to indicate that I would be there promptly at 5pm. I arrived to no staff, and no response to my message even though it’s indicated “read”. The staff was running late but did not bother to write me to let me know. The overall experience felt very disrespectful especially to someone who’s trying to enjoy their vacation. The amount of time may be nothing to you but for someone who’s traveled to the island, when you indicate check in time is 3pm but tell guest they cannot go in until 5pm, and then be late on top of that, that feels very absurd. If this cannot be properly managed, perhaps a lockbox would be better so guests are not left to wait for staff hours on end.
