avid hotel Fayetteville West by IHG

It was newly updated and clean.

Nothing

breakfast buffet was great! variety of options and was able to fill up easily. was welcomed by the manager upon check in. definately will be back!

i'm not sure the difference but there was about a $20 increase in the price based off what a 3rd party booking said, but it was still a better value than other hotels that were supposed to be higher quality.

Modern

A little off the beaten path

I did not realize that this was on the other side of town from where I was going. I specifically looked for a three star or more hotel and thought this fell short

When they could not fulfill my request for a bathtub, I requested at least an ADA compliant room. I did request first floor. I got a room with a shower that was not ADA compliant, no grab bars anywhere. Then I was locked out, I had been told by the receptionist thatI could enter from either side but the handle of the door that I tried to enter by it was broken. I was told by the front desk manager that it was supposed to be propped open. Communication was lacking here, and also it's really not safe to prop open the door. And obviously it didn't work since there was no propping open when I got there. Then, the gift bag that my sister had brought did not make it to my room, and when I went to the desk to ask for it I was told there was no such gift bag. Late in the evening about 1045, when I was in bed,the front desk did call me and bring the gift bag to my room. My sister was not pleased about this she meant for me to have this stuff when I first arrived.
